Electronics Team Leader

Ambitious space company is looking for an Electronics Team Leader

For our international development team, we a looking for an Electronics Engineering Team Leader. You will have the opportunity to become part of an internationally oriented and dedicated team aiming at providing exceptional Nanosatellite solutions to customers on the global market.

The Job Incluces the Following Set of Tasks:

• Management of the electronics R&D team being an inspiring and motivating leader for the engineers
• Allocation of engineering resources to development tasks in co-op with the project managers
• Make sure the team has and maintains state-of-the-art engineering skills
• Secure the availability of the necessary development tools and instruments
• Secure work-flow procedures are introduced, followed and maintained
• Be the last resort technical wizard when needed
• Design of analog and digital electronics circuits

We expect the Employee to Have the Following Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering of analog and digital electronics
• Experience in reliable embedded systems e.g. power, control and integrated digital systems
• A flair for finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Leading by example and taking the initiative when required
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Quality awareness – you deliver quality work!
