Chef de Rang
Managing the dining room floor, welcoming guests and providing personalised service, liaising with the kitchen and commis chefs, paying close attention to detail and ensuring high standards of service are maintained.

He/she works on a seasonal basis for 6–7 months a year and are provided with accommodation in the staff quarters.
