Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Plan and control of Revenue/Cost/Expense

• Control and Analysis of I&E and Balance Sheet

• Review and control cost allocations and balance sheet exposure

• Review and control capital spending

• Reporting and analysis of Accounts Receivables and the drivers for the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

• Support signings recognition and backlog validation process

• Support Concessions/Claims process

• Support closing activities, process journal entries, drive resolution of open items and discussions

• Support business controls improvement, SOX testing and audit reviews

• Analysis and reporting of month/quarter results, forecasting, actual vs. forecast analysis

• Act as trusted business advisor by delivering clear messages & alternatives for business decision, demonstrating ownership and business knowledge

• Ensure correct revenue and cost recognition in line with accounting practices

• Communication with other company functions (Accounting, Project Manager, Operation Manager, CFO, Business counterparts)

Functievereisten

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting area

• Fluent level of English - written and spoken

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel

• Attention to details, able to meet deadlines, ability to work under pressure

• Works independently and a team player

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

• 3 + years of relevant experience in finance/accounting area

• Leadership skills

• ACCA, CFA are considered as advantage
