You will take the technical lead of the performance testing of our core product. Thanks to the automated tests you define & create, as well as your exceptional analytical skills, you are able to identify our performance vulnerabilities. Your tasks include:

- Technical mastermind of performance testing

- Performance evaluation

- Analysis of flaws that prevent us from achieving the performance goals - Support for defining NFRs

- Constant improvement of our test development

- Ensuring the technical success factors for our performance test automations - Technical coaching of peers

Functievereisten

- Completed education with technical focus (Higher Technical College, University, University of Applied Sciences)

- Multiple years of experience in software development

- You know the typical hurdles of creating high-performance software

- Ideally experience in using Java performance monitoring tools (e.g. JMC/Flight-Recorder, VisualVM, jconsole, …)

- Ideally experience with JMeter or similar

- Ideally experience in analyzing load situations on the server & databases

- Making sound decisions is easy for you

- ISTQB certification is desirable or can be acquired - Good command of German and English

The minimum salary for this position according to the Collective Agreement is € 3,190.-- for 38.5 hours/week. However, we offer a competitive salary depending on relevant professional experi-ence and qualifications.
