  • Prepare, conduct and follow up training and examinations for the technical personnel to be trained based on aviation regulatory and customer requirements
  • Assist in the identification and assessment of future and current training requirements and needs for the training of C-130J technical personnel in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, as well as customer requirements
  • Support the Head of Training in the preparation of an overall or individualized training and development plan, and its coordination with the international project partners
  • Report specific issues and adjust training programs as needed and based on contractual client requirements to the Head of Training
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Requisiti professionali
  • Completed B1 or B2 type training course for the aircraft type C-130 or completed type rating course C-160 Transall
  • 5 years maintenance experience of which at least 2 years experience on aircraft type C-130 or C-160 Transall
  • Part-66 license with the relevant type rating for C-130 or C-160 Transall
  • Understanding of the relevant procedures and regulatory requirements of civil and military aviation training requirements
  • Professional experience, preferably in a technical/teaching assignment would be beneficial, as well as familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
  • Very good communication and leadership skills
  • Strong writing and documentation skills in relation to reports and training manuals
  • Confident in the use of computers and databases
  • Experience in an international working environment is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
