- Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions
- Processes purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers
- Manage purchase order releases daily to meet demand requirements
- Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner
- Work with the suppliers daily to assure scheduled deliveries are met
- Knowledge of MRP principles
- Understand, maintain and report weekly KPI's
- Develop and maintain key supplier relationships with day to day interface (pier level) to review open action items, suppliers performance to commitments of on time deliveries, future demand and future cost reductions forecasting
Requisiti professionali
- Commercial education (minimum HAK education)
- MS Office skills
- ERP/SAP skills preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Vantaggi
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group: E (https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV_2021/Abschluss/Mindestgehaltstabelle.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
