Here are the functions:

  • Project manager control engineering (m/f/d), annual gross salary about 50.000 € depending on qualifications and experience

  • Project manager robotics technology (m/f/x), annual gross salary about 50.000 € depending on qualifications and experience

  • PLC Programmer (m/f/x) annual gross salary 45.000 € depending on qualifications and experience

  • Development engineer (m/f/x) Technology and Innovation Center - Specialization Electrical Engineering , annual gross salary about 48.000 € depending on qualifications and experience

Language skills

German skills are not necessarily required. To be able to communicate in an international environment English language skills are required on some basic level (level B2).

The company will offer language courses in both German and English.

 

Housing

Candidates will be offered housing, which will be organized and paid by the company for the first 3 months.

1) Project manager control engineering (m/f/d) ,

Upto 10 candidates are needed

Tasks

  • Technical conception and planning of control architecture in plant engineering for sub-projects in the automotive industry

  • Creation of supplier inquiries with subsequent evaluation of the offers and selection of possible suppliers

  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, including change cost management

  • Participation in the coordination of the construction and commissioning phase

  • Creation of project and process documentation

  • Contact person for our customers and sub-suppliers

 

Applicant profile

  • University degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field

  • Willingness to travel (approx. 40 % per year) and good English skills.Actually most of the plants to be visited by the project managers are in the USA, UK, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, South Africa and Germany.

  • Construction site and commissioning experience in body shell construction is desirable

  • Knowledge in programming SPS controls

  • Design experience in the field of hard- and software 

 

Salary indication

  • 50.000 Euros gross/ year depending on experience and qualification



 

2)      Project manager robotics technology (m/f/d)

Upto 7 candidates are needed

Tasks

  • Technical conception and planning of robot technology in the area of body shop facilities

  • Planning of automation concepts under consideration of schedule, quality and cost aspects incl. change cost management

  • Preparation of supplier inquiries with subsequent evaluation of the offers and selection of possible suppliers

  • Coordination of the commissioning phase from the point of view of robot technology

  • Contact person for customers and sub-suppliers

  • Preparation of project and process documentation

 

Applicant profile

  • University degree in the field of electrical engineering / mechatronics / automation technology or a vocational training corresponding to the function

  • Knowledge in the handling of common simulation programs (e.g. Tecnomatix products, RobCad, Delmia V5 Robotics)

  • Basic knowledge of robot operation/commissioning (e.g. KUKA or ABB controllers)

  • Experience in welding and process engineering is an advantage

  • Willingness to travel and good English skills

  • about 50.000 Euros gross/ year depending on experience and qualification



 

3)    PLC Programmer (m/f/d)

Upto 2 candidates are needed

Tasks

  • Independent development, inspection and implementation of innovative technologies in the field of PLC technology, drive technology, sensor technology and camera technology

  • Development and optimization of PLC and robot software on a real test facility

  • Creation of PLC programs for newly developed devices, systems and body shop equipment

  • Process optimization through continuous development and improvement of technology potentials

  • Definition and compilation of the required development equipment

  • Cooperation and management of external companies in the technology development and solution finding process

  • Preparation of project and process documentation

 

Applicant profile

  • University degree or technician / advanced vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, computer science or a vocational training corresponding to the function

  • Knowledge in the field of electrical engineering

  • First professional experience in PLC programming is advantageous

  • Basic knowledge of bus systems such as ProfiNet, ProfiBus is advantageous

4)     Development engineer (m/f/d) Technology and Innovation Center 

Specialization Electrical Engineering

Tasks

  • Independent development, validation and implementation of innovative technologies in the field of robotics, sensor technology and camera technology

  • Execution of feasibility and cost analyses

  • Development and optimization of microcontroller and robot software

  • Process optimization through continuous development and improvement of technology potentials

  • Definition and assembly of the required development equipment

  • Implementation of test setups in the test lab of the Ravensburg Technology & Innovation Center

  • Cooperation and management of external companies in the technology development and solution finding process

 

Applicant profile

  • Completed university degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or physical engineering or vocational training corresponding to the function

  • Knowledge of electrical engineering, robotics and sensor technology

  • Interest in practical and experimental work
