Hotel Chief Engineer
Job Specifications:

Work Experience: At least 5 years in similar position.

Academic Qualifications: Lyceum Certificate, Diploma in Engineering and ISO 9001:2000 Certificate

Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Word

Age: Between 30-50 years old
-
Languages: At least English or Greek
Duties and responsibilities:

Prepare the department’s Annual Budget
-
Update the List of machines and equipment of the hotel
-
Develop specifications for the machines and equipment of the hotel
-
Prepare Maintenance program
-
Collect, prioritise and delegate Repair Requests to technicians
-
Brief the Technicians for pending and/ or planned work
-
Supervise and check on a continuous basis the status of hotel equipment and machinery
-
Supervise gardening and swimming pool facilities
-
Ensure 24-hours maintenance support
-
Handle department’s Incident Reports
-
Carry out purchases for the department (spare parts, equipment etc.)

Monitor water quality testing
