The First EURES Online Job Days, Castilla y León, are set to take place online on the 28th and 29th of October, 2015.
Castilla y León is the biggest region of Europe in extension. We have important automotive, chemistry and food industries and our region is also an important source of qualified professionals in different fields. We have four public and four private universities, covering all relevant academic fields: medical and nursing, almost all specialties of engineering, IT, social and arts studies.
Our vocational training centers cover a wide range of sectors, from electro-mechanics, automotive, commerce, administration, hospitality, personal care and assistance.
This event is intended to be a virtual contact point for jobseekers and employers from across Europe with a special promotion in our training centers, universities, careers services and also potential employers.
Prior to the event, jobseekers will be able to register online and browse registered employers. During the event they will be able to attend pre-scheduled interviews in the facilities that companies may appoint in any of the cities of Castilla y León, assisted by our team of EURES advisers.
It will also be possible to watch interesting presentations about employers and their offers, as well as on living and working conditions in the UK, Scandinavian countries, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France provided by EURES colleagues from those countries.
For employers, the event will be an ideal opportunity to promote their vacancies throughout Europe and meet a wide range of jobseekers with various language skills, qualifications and to schedule and conduct online interviews during the event.
