Tasks:

  • First point of contact for all payroll issues
  • Responsibility for consolidation of monthly payroll data
  • Control of processed monthly payroll data
  • Develop process and system improvements in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors 
  • Maintain content on databases
  • Support projects and initiatives across HR, such as implementation of new payroll vendor or process automation
Requisitos laborales
  • Successfully completed vocational commercial training, e.g. in the HR indstry
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of People Operations or HR Administration 
  • High motivation to ensure a highly satisfactory employee experience
  • Strong intercultural communication skills
  • Proactive, precise and independent work style and ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Aptitude for dealing with complex, ambiguous situations
  • Good judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Know-how in the use of HCM systems and Excel
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Additional language skills such as German, Portuguese or Romanian are a plus, but not a requirement
