The receptionist works in the reception and with the accommodation services of the holiday village, glass igloos and campsites. Our operations are international, so knowledge of the English language is essential and knowledge of other languages is certainly useful. Previous experience in similar tasks is also an advantage.
In our team, you get to be involved in many things, and because our customers come from all over the world, you help them feel comfortable with us, as well as advise them if necessary on activities, restaurants, accommodation – and everything else. Different weather conditions and the equipment they require can be completely foreign to many, so initiative, customer service spirit and positivity are traits we especially value. In our seasonal work, we require flexibility, which also means night work.
Your job description includes daily reception work, handling e-mails, selling program services and their organization. We use Travius as our reservation program.
