More about the role:

Supporting the head chef with his daily tasks.

Responsible for running the kitchen when head chef is off duty.

Responsible for training younger chefs and creating a culture of consistency and innovation.

Provide high quality consistent product in line with our current offering that meets our reputation.

Who are you:

At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

Focused on training and motivating our team.

Disciplined with Stock management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive and practical approach to dealing with issues and problems.

Passionate and enthusiastic about food.

We own and operate 3 venues situated on the beautiful Skerries harbour. Blue Bar is one of the busiest restaurant in North Dublin, we are operating over 15 years.

We are hands on operators who are here to support and bring the best out of our team. While we are a small hospitality group now, we hope to grow in the future potentially offering more opportunities to the right candidate.

What we can offer:

45 Hours a week

Salary starting from €35k

We are closed every Monday and Tuesday, guaranteeing your days off every week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to €40,000.00 per year
