Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and assist clients on compliance requirements under the Companies Act 2014.
  • Provide transactional support to the Aviation Team on company law matters.
  • Prepare Annual Returns and Annual General Meeting (AGM) documentation.
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
  • Draft Minutes, Resolutions, and statutory forms.
  • Oversee and continuously enhance the firm’s internal compliance function.
Job requirements
  • ICSA qualified with at least 3 years’ experience managing company secretarial matters in practice or in-house.
  • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2014.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A strong academic background.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
