Duties:
- Support the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in delivering the firm’s digital strategy.
- Assist the firm’s social media activity with the Marketing Manager, focusing on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other native analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and update the website via the CMS platform, while contributing to SEO initiatives through keyword research and content optimisation.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive on content development, including the creation of videos and podcasts.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of email marketing campaigns, covering list segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to the coordination and promotion of the firm’s sponsorship programme, ensuring effective activation and visibility.

- BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related.
- 2–3 years’ + experience in marketing and communications.
- Proficient in CRM systems, web content management, and email marketing platforms; experience with Concep, WordPress, and InterAction is desirable.
- Skilled in design and/or web software (essential).
- Excellent writing and editing skills for digital channels, including social media, email, and web content.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a flexible, proactive, and positive attitude.
