Main responsibilities
- Driving buses, trams, or trolleybuses;
- Working rotating shifts, including nights and holidays;
- Interacting with passengers when information is requested.
Requirements
- Possession of a D or DE driving license;
- Possession of a Driver Qualification Card (CQC) for passenger transport.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous driving experience in public transport companies or the tourism sector;
- Knowledge of the Italian language;
- Customer-oriented mindset;
- Stress management skills;
- High level of attention;
- Strong problem-solving abilities;
- Precision and reliability.
Hiring is subject to passing a physical and psycho-aptitude assessment for the role of transport operator, in accordance with Ministerial Decree 88/99.
What we offer
- Permanent employment contract under the Autoferrotranvieri national collective agreement, level 140;
- Gross annual starting salary of €28,148.
