
COMMIS CHEF
The Commis Chef plays a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest quality and maintaining consistency in food production.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
