Service Technician
Objective
Commissioning, maintaining, and inspecting medium voltage installations for projects domestically and abroad.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Service Activities
Testing, inspecting, and commissioning (new) installations and components.
Performing and documenting (technical) corrective and preventive tasks in accordance with SS 436 40 00./ SS-EN 50110.
Clearly coordinating and discussing tasks and responsibilities on-site.
Analyzing and resolving technical issues, in consultation with third parties if necessary.
Performing (electrical) measurements and tests on low and medium voltage installations.
Participating in on-call services.
Inspecting and monitoring the regular product quality after setting up our products on-site.
Ensuring HSE compliance through toolboxes, work meetings, and LMRA.
Reporting and documenting emergencies.
Conducting workplace inspections on-site.
Following instructions and implementing work methods by adhering to relevant QHSE procedures as described in AIM. For authorities, see the 'authority matrix'.
Guiding and supervising (Assistant) Mechanics.
Ensuring compliance with company rules, safety regulations, and codes of conduct, reporting deviations and/or incidents.
Proactive attitude in achieving departmental objectives (Roadmap).
Performing other relevant tasks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Communication
Frequent contact with Mechanics, Installation Manager, Planner, Project Managers, Contract Manager, and Service Coordinator.
Direct communication with customers and to a lesser extent with suppliers.
Responsibilities
Responsible for commissioning, maintaining, inspecting, and certifying medium voltage installations.
Responsible for the correct execution of the mentioned tasks.
Authorities
Authorized to take all necessary measures within the framework of agreements and requirements to fulfill his responsibilities.
Job Requirements
HBO education in Electrical Engineering.
Stipel Certificate for Installation Manager/Work Manager SS 436 40 00./ SS-EN 50110.
3 years of work experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and experience with MS Office and an ERP system.
Affinity with electrical installations and components at low and medium voltage levels.
VCA VOL certification.
Driver's license B (+E).
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Dutch language is a plus
