Objective

Manage the appointment and training policy for implementation work on components of high-voltage infrastructure in the open domain of projects both domestically and internationally.

Areas of Responsibility

Service and Maintenance Activities

Supervise compliance with service contracts, safe working practices, and the safe operation of electrical installations.

Conduct periodic inspections of tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Monitoring

Establish the appointment policy and determine tasks, authorities, and responsibilities during the appointment.

Verify and monitor regular product quality after the installation of our products on-site.

Reporting

Create switching instructions for complex or unclear installations.

Conduct a risk assessment.

Develop an access control and/or key policy for switchgear rooms.

Establish an inspection plan and oversee the quality and execution of inspections.

Assess the urgency of (technical) reports for follow-up.

Safety

Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) by conducting workplace inspections, toolbox talks, work meetings, and Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRA).

Report and document incidents.

Conduct on-site workplace inspections.

Identify types of risk-increasing conditions.

Conduct a risk assessment for the Task Risk Assessment (TRA).

Other Responsibilities

Demonstrate leadership and commitment to ensuring a healthy and safe workplace and preventing negative environmental impact by following relevant QHSE procedures as described in AIM. Refer to the authority matrix for powers.

Participate in fault and standby services.

Perform service and maintenance activities.

Inventory drawing packages (current and complete); revision plan.

Guide and supervise (Assistant) Technicians and Service Technicians.

Proactively contribute to achieving departmental goals (Roadmap).

Other related tasks.

Characteristics

Communication

Contact with Service Coordinator in the sales department.

Meetings with clients and, to a lesser extent, with suppliers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safety of installations for contracted customers.

Responsible for the proper execution of the mentioned tasks.

Authorities

Authorized to take all measures, within the framework of agreements and requirements, necessary to fulfill responsibilities.

 

Job requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Valid Installation Responsible/Work Responsible certificate.

3-5 years of experience in the (electrical) installation industry.

Knowledge of and experience with MS-Office and an ERP system.

(Demonstrable) affinity with electrical installations and components at low and high voltage levels.

VCA FULL diploma.

BEI certificate.

Customized BHV (Emergency Response) for outdoor work.

Forklift certificate (general).

Overhead Crane / Wall Crane certificate.

Sufficient command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing.
