We are looking for employees that are:
· Enthusiastic and enjoy to achieve an excellent customer service.
· Looking to work in a nice, friendly and excellent work environment.
. Flexible, can work both day and evening, weekends, and public holidays.
· Able for opening/closing routines in the store, operating the cash register and card terminal, in addition to warehouse work, pricing, washing, replenishment of goods, etc.
We are preferably looking for people who have experience of working in a shop, but this is not a requirement. Other properties that we think are important are:
- that one is responsible and conscientious
- that one can be trusted
- that one is good at talking to customers and concerned with providing good customer service
- that one is good at handling stressful situations
- that one likes to have clean and tidy surroundings
- that one thinks that a good day at work is a day when one has managed to reach the turnover target in addition to having fun
It is nice if you can speak one or more foreign languages in addition to Norwegian and English.
The company follows the tariff for Trade and Office when it comes to pay conditions, it means that every employee will get a salary based on the Norwegian law.
Also extra payment when working the Norwegian public holidays, on the working hours from 18:00 from Monday to Friday, on Saturday from 13:00 and on Sundays.
