For a leader company in the aerospace sector, we are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in managing Digital Transformation projects, with a strong ability to drive change in a highly collaborative and developmental environment.

 

The candidate will effectively manage internal client expectations and should be proficient in one or more technologies within ERP, CPM, BI, Document & Workflow Management, RPA, and other reporting and data visualization systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategies: Create and communicate implementation plans to support the ongoing digital transformation within the company.
  • Project Management: Manage and lead projects focused on transforming business processes and tools.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to define IT investment priorities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice to internal clients on adopting emerging technologies.
Job requirements
  • Proven Experience: Extensive experience in managing digital transformation projects, preferably in international contexts or consulting firms.
  • Technological Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and customer orientation.
  • IT Program Management: Experience in leading and managing IT programs, consistently providing leadership and technical expertise.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with project management on tools such as omnichannel solutions, ERP systems, SPM systems, and conversational AI tools is a plus.
  • Technological Versatility: Experience with various technologies, including portals, mobile technologies, AI, generative AI, machine learning solutions, and cloud computing. Data management experience is essential.
  • Tech Curiosity: Interest in emerging technological trends and their applicability to the business.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian.
