Job offer description
- In a warehouse, sorting and checking packages are crucial for a smooth logistics process. It starts with carefully sorting incoming packages based on size, weight, destination, and priority. Accuracy is essential to avoid delays and inefficiencies. After sorting, packages are inspected for completeness and damage to ensure they are ready for shipping.
- Scanning packages is another key step. Packages are scanned into the logistics system, ensuring they are accurately documented and traceable. This process is vital for tracking packages and maintaining transparency and trust with customers.
- Loading and unloading large containers of packages from airplanes is physically demanding, requiring strength and skill. Packages, sometimes weighing up to 32 kg, must be moved under time pressure. Adherence to safety regulations is critical to prevent injuries and ensure the safe handling of packages.
Job requirements
- knowledge of English or German at minimum B1 level (training + exam at the airport)
- prerequisite: security check - the last 5 years of your activities/employment/unemployment must be supported by documentation - we will help you with the process

Benefits
- hourly rate €16.50 gross (extras: night shift 25%, work on Sundays 50%, work on holidays 100%)
