Your responsibilities

Experienced and dynamic manager able to frame management, process and capability systems of a multi-GW renewables business that is rapidly growing organically and via partnerships/M&A. Responsibilities/accountabilities include:

• Lead the Business Excellence team responsible to create and implement innovative solutions to enhance business processes and drive performance improvements across Uniper’s Renewables business
• Drive strategies to set-up and continuously improve the business structurally including management frameworks, process frameworks, organizational capabilities and the interfaces to Uniper group functions
• Develop and implement KPIs for performance management of the Renewables business with a clear line of sight to Uniper’s strategy delivery
• Provide guidance and support for a robust capability management system and train the leaders, lead the change and coordinate activities cross-functionally
• Create a compliance system within Renewables according to Uniper standards and ensure consistent publication of Renewables policies, directives and organizational descriptions
• Reports to the Senior Vice President – Strategy and Business Development, Uniper Renewables

Your profile

• University degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Science or similar
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in management positions, ideally in business and operational excellence
• Deep understanding of interdisciplinary processes in the renewable business, with a focus on utility scale wind and solar-PV
• Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of international work experience and appreciation of cultural differences
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Business fluency in English
