Responsabilità principali:

• assistere gli ospiti con i bagagli al check-in e check-out
• fornire informazioni e indicazioni sugli spazi dell'hotel
• mantenere puliti e ordinati i corridoi, l'ingresso e altre aree comuni
• supportare altre attività di servizio generale all’occorrenza

Main responsibilities:

• assist guests with luggage at check-in and check-out
• provide information and directions on the hotel spaces
• keep corridors, entrance and other common areas clean and tidy
• support other general service activities as necessary

🇮🇹

Competenze tecniche:

• buona conoscenza della struttura e dei servizi dell'hotel
• capacità di sollevare e trasportare bagagli pesanti
• abilità di base nella manutenzione e pulizia

Soft skills:

• eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
• attenzione al cliente e spirito di servizio
• resistenza fisica e affidabilità
   

Esperienza richiesta:

• preferibile esperienza in ruoli simili, anche se non essenziale

Altri requisiti:

• disponibilità a lavorare in turni, compresi serali e weekend

Technical skills:

• good knowledge of the hotel structure and services
• ability to lift and carry heavy baggage
• basic maintenance and cleaning skills

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• physical resistance and reliability

Required experience: 

• Experience in similar roles is preferable, although not essential 

Other requirements: 

• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
