Castello di Casole for season 2024 is seeking for a Chef de Partie.
The ideal candidate is eager to work with professionals of the sector, in medium to large teams, using excellent quality products.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Adhere to health and safety standards in the kitchen and report any issues that arise.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes.
- Supervise Commis chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
