MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers by telephone and/or in person, contributing to the achievement of the company's objectives.
TASK, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate with some autonomy or responsibility in reception tasks, helping the head of reception and receptionist.
Collaborate in the tasks of the receptionist.
Perform customer service in auxiliary reception tasks.
Execute simple tasks and functions of the reception service under supervision and guidelines emanating directly from the person to whom it delegates.
OTHER TASKS
Comply with the standards defined by the chain, reflected in the Quality Regulations.
Promote customer loyalty, promoting Club H10.
Ensure compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention protocol.
