What is the challenge?
As a Pastry Chef you will participate in the production of sweets and delicacies of the Patisserie according to the menu and instructions of the Pastry Chef. The role requires a strong understanding of the various pastry techniques and ingredients and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Powers
- It participates in the daily production of sweets and delicacies for all departments of the hotel (central, a la carte & food corners)
- Collaborates with the team and the Pastry Chef so that there is a smooth workflow and timely handling of issues.
- It complies with the required ISO procedures and ensures the proper implementation of health and safety rules in its place.
Necessary Qualifications
- Experience, as a Confectioner in a corresponding position min 3 years.
- Attention to detail and result orientation
- Tourism education/ Degree in pastry school
- Knowledge of English will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of food hygiene and safety standards
