Are you fluent in German and English? 

Do you enjoy helping others and do you have experience in customer support?

You will be responsible for document verification and validation at the time of registration (backoffice) through Salesforce, onboarding session, with buyers from the German market, to explain and identify the best offer (advice, sales), debt collection in the event of non-payment by buyers and after-sales coordination (issues with purchases or transport coordination);

Job requirements

high school diploma (mandatory);
call center experience (elimination);
native German;
advanced English (C1);
resilience and commitment to the project;
customer focus;
customer orientation;
