Hotel Angelo d'Oro is looking for a receptionist for the upcoming 2023 season (starting April 1st 2023)
Job description:
- Constant care of our guests during their stay
- Check-in procedures
- Check-out: invoicing, assist guests with their luggage
- Reservation by mail, phone and through PMS
- Order and organization in the front and back office
- If necessary driving guests by electric vehicle
- Provide touristic information to guests, assist them in organizing experiences (sports, tastings, visits, etc.)
Job requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Independence and proactivity
- Ability to work in a team
- Friendliness and hospitality
- Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and holidays
- Active knowledge of foreign languages (English is mandatory)
- Knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- At least one year of work experience in the same or similar jobs
- Driver's license
Nice to have
- Other language skills is an advantage
