Your main duties will include:
To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay
To anticipate guests needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance guest satisfaction
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
- Reporting experience
- The ability to work on own initiative.
- The successful candidate will have 2-3 years previous experience as Hotel Receptionist in a 4 star property.
- Knowledge of OPERA is an advantage.
