We currently recruiting a Greenkeeper to join our Greenkeeping team at Carton House.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Greenkeeping Team who maintain the highest standards of presentation and play-ability across our exceptional golf courses and the surrounding grounds at Carton House.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Trainee Greenkeepers, Assistant Greenkeepers and management in order to ensure the Golf Course is properly prepared for members and guests to the Club.
- Assist in turf maintenance including mowing, irrigating and control of pests on the greens.
- General golf course set up procedures.
- Bunker raking and edging.
- Repairing divots.
- All Mower and Equipment operation.
- Golf Knowledge Set up.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years Experience working on a golf course.
- PA 1,2,6, Spraying Certs.
- Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
- Cultural and chemical Knowledge for fine turf Maintenance.
- Machinery, Irrigation, Chemical, Fertilizer knowledge.
- A minimum of a Level 6/7 Greenkeeping Qualification.
