Job offer description
- Development of new algorithms for audio signal coding and evaluation of hearing tests with cochlear implant users
- Developing test methods, writing study protocols, performing statistical data analysis, and writing study reports
- Preparation of relevant product specifications
- Collaboration with MED-EL subsidiaries and clinics worldwide
- Internal communication with other departments
Job requirements
- MSc degree or higher (University, FH) in electrical engineering, physics, medical engineering or comparable scientific or technical field of study
- Knowledge of auditory signal processing, psychophysics, and digital signal processing algorithms
- Programming experience, ideally in MATLAB and C++
- Experience in scientific research as well as excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, independent and goal-oriented way of working
