Your tasks

Taking over technical problems or incidents that cannot be solved in 1st level support

Reproduction of the error and in-depth error analysis, log file analysis as well as analysis of interface problems

Solving technical customer problems (root cause analysis and troubleshooting of reported problems)

Monitoring and optimization of our Destination OS systems (including PEAKSOLUTION, EMMA, JAMES, MYSERVICES)

Coordination and recovery of services in case of outages and failures

Qualified handover of technical problems that cannot be solved in 2nd level support to 3rd level support

Creation of documentation and knowledge content

Contacting our Destination OS B2B customers (informing them about existing problems, solving problems, providing guidance on how to fix them)

Collaboration with development department, release deployment team
Your profile
- Education in IT field or experience in the IT industry
- At least 3 years of technical customer service experience required
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Analytical skills and structured way of working
- Team player with hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience with webshops and in the tourism industry an advantage
- Experience with Freshdesk, Jira and Confluence advantageous
- SQL knowledge is an advantage
