ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER

We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineering Manager for one of our clients in the Danish wind industry. You will be responsible for managing the electrical activities in the wind turbine package. You will be engaged in project specific designs for an offshore wind farm in Europe related to engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of offshore wind turbines.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the wind power business or offshore, consultancy, power plant, grid operator or construction industries
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
- Experience in technical negotiations and design
- Being action-oriented, well-structured and able to create and maintain an overview of complex tasks, positive minded
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Possessing a valid Danish work permit at the time of application
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Execution of the electrical package for an offshore wind farm project
- Electro technical design for LV power systems and HV switchgears and cables
- Technical project management including handling internal and external interfaces
- Participation in technical project meetings with sub suppliers and customers in Vejle or in Northern Europe
