What is the Fast Track Programme 21/22?
This programme has been developed to identify highly talented graduates, who are looking for a unique opportunity to start their career in a fast-paced, dynamic and digital environment, straight from University. The final candidates will join the team as Junior Analyst with a remunerated full-time agreement for 12 months (starting between January & February 2022).
During the Programme, your performance will be evaluated and reviewed. Top Performers will be promoted to a higher level and at the end will receive a job proposal to join the HQ team with a competitive remuneration and incentives package, subject to yearly promotion.
What you´ll do:
- Prepare cashflow models and project the cashflow needs for the next 18 months
- Participate in the creation of the annual budget, establishing processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels on business operations to achievement of targets
- Participate in the creation of the 5Y business plan for the company, including new business units to be created
- Actively engage on fundraising process – strategy, decision and execution:
- Debt restructure, new debt and management of current debt
- Incentives, Tax Credits and subsidizing financing
- Special funding fleet projects
- Equity fundraise investments
- Prepare reports for Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings and other management meetings
- Analyse potential M&A transactions
- Manage ongoing relationship with financial partners (banks, leasing companies, other partners)
- Create, structure and set up special financing projects with the strong collaboration of other departments.
Who you are:
- Bachelor or Master in Management, Economics or Finance
- Business and finance oriented mindset
- Ambition and relentless drive, being proactive in the pursuit of sources of value
- Fast learner and Tech-savvy, eager to implement new procedures with new tools to improve efficiency through automation of tasks
- Results-driven with attention to detail, being autonomous and responsible for deliverables
- Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition;
- Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides
