Join the Motors and Steering PAE team in Nordborg

Based in Nordborg, Denmark, you will manage two teams with currently 2 team leaders and about 20 PAEs, a few of whom work remotely in Asia, the US and Europe. Increasingly, the teams need to provide product application technical support, both to the market as well as our Sales and Marketing function.

Chart the course for the PAE future

As PAE Manager, your primary role is to set a direction for the two teams, bridging them to identify synergies, establish common processes and create a more unified approach. As this is a global role, you need to travel to customers, exhibitions and Sales and Marketing organisations. Your responsibilities and tasks will include to:

•ensure growing responsiveness on deliverables provided by the PAE teams

•map and track activities to for optimised use of resources

•create and maintain an overview of PAE competencies to develop plans anticipating future needs

•bring us to next level of excellence as a member of the Work Function Sales Management Team

We have a common initiative to increase responsiveness to customers. You have a clear attitude for driving changes and improving our current processes, which will enable us to deliver first-rate technical support.

Experienced change-driven manager

•You hold a university degree, preferably in engineering, and you have previously managed international engineering or technology sales teams

•You are familiar with hydraulics, the mobile applications market, and it is a plus if you have some competence within electronics

•You are fluent in English, and you have the cultural awareness to thrive in a global Company

Personally, you are a true leader, who is able to set a direction and guide your team as an outgoing, motivating and energetic change management agent. You show your strong project management skills as you map and change processes and implement Lean techniques. And you do all of this as an excellent communicator who is able to get your team on board and provide great customer service.
