Take Service Excellence improvement initiatives to the next level
You will be responsible for process improvement initiatives within all key areas of Service support processes, systems, health & safety and tools development, improving logistics flows & finance interactions with Service.
You will also be responsible for providing relevant training for the Hempel Service products and initiatives and coordinating development activities with the Service Excellence Director.

Key process improvement in Service and across its value chain

Implement best in class End to End Service Processes from Inquiry to Invoicing.

Streamline and align Service Delivery Processes, with focus on HSE across all Hempel entities

Continuously integrate new development into standard processes.

Conduct monthly review on operational process deliverables

Plan, manage and execute HSE activities for Service Operations

Build a strong collaborative partnership with Hempel QHSE.

Integration of HSE training and educational materials into Service Operations Training

Maintain and update monthly KPIs globally

Deep dive, if needed, for root cause and analysis and possible solutions areas for improvement

Responsible for functional Service process documentation & Service procedures and records
We are looking for a person with solid knowledge of HSE best practices, high business acumen and who enjoys working with processes and excellence
Our ideal candidate have experience with process improvements, and as a process-oriented person you are able to map key processes and improve accordingly. You have solid presentation and communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast pace environment.
What are we more looking for?

Minimum bachelor degree in Business Management or Process Engineering

Strong knowledge of HSE best practices, relevant policies, systems, processes, local laws and regulations where that may influence execution.

Strong English competences (written and spoken) with good reporting skills. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Experience working for an international organization

Culturally attuned to work across different countries

Strong customer relationship to ensure good communication and follow up

Your location could be in Singapore (Jurong East) or Denmark (at our headquarter in Kgs. Lyngby).
You should be able travel globally when needed, around 10 % during the year.
