Sales Manager
What will you be doing?
In this role you are responsible for the sale of industrial/commercial cleaning equipment into a wide variety of industries. Sales manager leads and motivates her/his sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analysing data and building the team.
Sales manager meets with potential clients, knows customer needs, understands the products sold, builds relationships, and closes deals. Sales Manager presents sales and revenue reports to the management. The ultimate goal is to win clients and bring profits.
How to succeed in this role?
You have BS degree in business or related field. You are an experienced sales professional with proven results. You have a strong business sense and industry expertise. You know how to motivate a team of sales representatives and create engaging work environment. Your Estonian and English language is good (Russian is an advantage). You have good negotiation and communication skills, you are pro-active, friendly and organized.
