Then you could be the Process/Operations Supporter we are looking for to join Danfoss Global Services - Procurement Order Management (GS-POM) a newly established organisation that is global process owner responsible for operational procurement processes of indirect materials and services in Danfoss. GS-POM is in transition from roll out to operation. Until now we have had focus on securing implementation of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process of indirect materials and services. To underpin our current roll out and future operations we will rely on you to support the daily processes and operations with technical trouble shooting, problem solving and ensure that knowledge and information from your activities is distributed to relevant global sites. You will be placed in Nordborg together with seven colleagues. Trouble shooting, support and training of business partners As Process/Operations Supporter within GS-POM it will be your overall mission to secure successful implementation and operation within the P2P process of indirect materials and services together with local management and relevant stakeholders. Acting as a single point of contact for our Global Operation colleagues you will be the key player, who ensures that issues with systems, processes and vendors in the daily operation will be registered, solved or prioritised due to urgency, time and right competences. Specifically it will be your responsibility to: •Support the Global Operation to secure that service level agreements to the business are met •Participate in project of continuous improvement of the P2P process of indirect materials and services •Secure that operations is informed about and trained in process updates or system changes •Secure internal daily information from Danfoss stakeholders to our global operation •Ongoing dialogue and cooperation with relevant stakeholders in the P2P process •Ensure that our global SOPs are up to date and secure that locally maintained SOPs are aligned •Be part of testing in SAP Furthermore, you will become part of the training and education of people in the Procurement Operations team, identifying skill gaps and ensuring that the team members have the adequate skills to carry out their roles through relevant development plans and concurrent training. Team player with solid process understanding and a proactive mindset You come with a relevant educational background – preferably at bachelor’s level and/or an extensive practical track record within procurement, supply chain or IT obtained in a global company. In any case, you have natural flair for IT thorough experience from a similar position within procurement or supply chain and last but not least solid SAP skills – especially with Module MM. On a more personal note you are business oriented with a solid process understanding and you are approaching your professional activities with a service-minded and proactive mindset. You are a team player who appreciates cooperation with others and you are great at prioritising tasks with respect to urgency, time and competences.
