Operational management of the ICT production environment for HQ and Delegations: · Debugging and analysing of reported problems and escalated incidents. · Direct intervention on ICT infrastructure (server, storage, network). · Basic Network administration tasks. · Validation and tests of new procedures before release. · Assistance with roll-out of new ICT infrastructure projects. Data Centre management: Manage and maintain datacentres.
