La risorsa guida e coordina le risorse nella propria Area guidandole verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali pianificati. Sarà responsabile dell'ottimizzazione dei processi in accordo con la strategia del Customer Care. È responsabile del monitoraggio degli obiettivi e dei KPI del suo team per contribuire al raggiungimento della strategia. Collabora con altri dipartimenti per gli interessi e la crescita della Società.

Requisiti:
High school diploma, Bachelor Degree level education or equivalent could be a plus, preferably in comercial/economic area.
2/3 years of experience in a sales/client coordination position, preferably in a complex multinational environment.
Previous experience in managing teams is more than welcome.
Fluency in English is a must.
High potential in leadership, willing to develop human capital and able to create positive and constructive relationships.
Analytical thinking with pragmatic attitude; base his/her decision on data and constantly monitors results.
Ability to analyze and understand process financial data.
