World leading Variable Speed Drives manufacturer in Estonia is looking for Electronics/Quality Assurance Laboratory Engineer. In this role, you are responsible of electronic (such as PCBA) and electromechanical component failure analyses, product improvements and taking leader role within laboratory team.
Tasks:
• Continuous and systematic root cause failure analyses of Variable Speed Drives and their components
• Identifying improvement opportunities regarding the products
• PCBA quality control and supplier development
• Developing laboratory analyses capabilities and quality
• Guiding and mentoring other two laboratory team members
Requirements:
• Higher education or relevant work experience in electronics or in power electronics
• Common knowledge of product and process development
• Fluent Estonian and English, spoken and written
• Proactive, self-reliant way of working
