You are a part of a fixed team working project oriented within the frame of our Professional Services which deliver projects and services for customers and partners. The team is experienced in customer-fitted solutions in our eCommerce platform, Dynamicweb, creating and supporting easily navigated online business.

In your team is also a project manager and developers. Your responsibility initiates with the opening dialogue with customers until the finished solution is live. You understand the customer's needs and are responsible for implementing their needs in just the right technical solution. 

A chance to influence project and customer solutions 

Your tasks:

• Helping customers define, describe and estimate just the right solution based on their business needs
• Overall responsibility for the technical side of implementing projects alongside our developers and consultants 
• Facilitating workshops with customers, understanding their needs and creating solution descriptions 

Your background

In the role of Technical Solution Consultant, you quickly accept the professional responsibility for the implementation team. This means you

• have experience with eCommerce and may currently be in a similar position
• use your knowledge about web development and integration between eCommerce and business systems
• are independent and can be in charge of implementation together with the project manager
• have a thorough business understanding and can clarify needs internally and externally 

Your personality is important to us!

You may be in a similar position or even on the customer side with your hands planted in eCommerce on a daily basis. You preferably come with some years of experience.  It's important for us that you thrive and become successful as a part of Dynamicweb.
