Job offer description

Do you love to carry out repairs? Do you like to work outdoors and carry out your tasks independently? Are you characterised by accuracy, tidiness and flexibility? Here you can find out what awaits you as a technical outdoor worker at the OBERSTDORF - KLEINWALSERTAL BERGBAHNEN!

The mountain determines your work and has a variety of tasks for you: In winter, you are responsible for securing the pistes and assist with our snow-making equipment to provide our guests with an unforgettable skiing and snowboarding experience. Should an accident occur despite the best piste safety measures, you are quickly on the spot with one of our snowmobiles, support the mountain rescue team and have calming words ready for the injured person. To ensure that everything runs smoothly in winter, you use the summer to carry out inspections of the snow-making equipment. But that's not all: if repairs are needed during the maintenance of piste equipment and other machines, this is no problem thanks to your technical expertise. In the fully equipped locksmith's workshop, we offer you the best conditions to carry out repairs independently. To ensure that our guests can also explore the mountain safely in the summer, you will also look after the cable car facilities and the hiking trails during the warmer months. In addition, you take care of the green slopes: Fertilising, draining, tidying up - these are all measures for sustainable landscape maintenance and at the same time preparation for the upcoming winter season. As you can see, there is never a dull moment in this year-round position.

This position is vacant at the Heuberg.
