Food & Beverage Assistants

• Provide excellent service to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and expertly served food and beverage experience
• Establish personal guest contact and promote feedback to improve at all times.
• Proactively anticipate our guests needs
• Maintain a high standard of communication with all departments
• Prepare the outlet ready for service according to our standard operating procedure
• Maintain a high standard of communication with all departments across Hogs Head Golf Club
• Serving drinks, advising on nightly food specials, taking orders, serving tables, clearing and resetting tables
• After Service entire clean of restaurant and service area and reset for breakfast

• Previous Experience in Food & Beverage outlets desirable
• Demonstrate experience in improving guest satisfaction
• Ability to work part of a team environment
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Hands on person
• Ability to work on your own imitative and multi task efficiently
