Job summary

Larsen Mat & Vinbar is a restaurant and winebar with an informal atmosphere and high pulse, located in the heart of Bodø. Our menu consists of tasty small dishes to suit all occasions. The menu is changed regularly, and is always based on the best ingredients of the season. We also have an exciting wine list with a large selection of Champagne, sparkling, red, white, orange, rosè and dessert wines. 

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled sommelier to join our team. 
 

Work tasks: 

• Staff training, especially about wine
• Wine pairing to our menus
• Development and maintenance of our wine list
• Wine tastings
• Responsibility for the guest experience at Larsen Mat & Vinbar
• Shift manager for the waiters
• Shift work
   

Wanted qualifications:

• A passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Experience as a Sommelier
• A professional and confident communication style with fluent English language ability
• The eagerness to continually learn and develop your career 
• Good knowledge and passion for wine
