Waiter A’

He/she has the responsibility of proper operation & ensuring perfection in every detail of his/her post. He/she follows the instructions of the Head of the department and guides his/her subordinates so that the services are in accordance with the standards and objectives of the company in order to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements::

  • Be pleasant, willing, helpful and unbiased towards customers
  • Be responsible for informing and guiding his/her waiter/assistant before, during and after the service.
  • Be responsible for the organization of his/her post before, during and after the service, according to the company's standards
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS ordering software
  • Maintain and follow billing policies and procedures where required.
  •  Promote the sales of his/her department
  • Follow the instructions of the  supervisor,   cooperate with him/her for any particularities of the service,  inform about any problems and  help if necessary.
  • To follow and comply with all relevant regulations of the quality and safety department.
Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a bar/restaurant, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English. A good knowledge of a second language (German, French) would be an asset
  • Bachelor's/Hospitality/Tourism Diploma would be a plus
  • Familiarity with the use of PDA (Electronic Ordering)
  • Computer Knowledge
