For our family business; Van Herwijnen Vastgoed B.V., which is part of the Railtechniek van Herwijnen Group, we are looking for a fulltime painter.
Van Herwijnen Vastgoed B.V is a real estate company. Currently our real estate portfolio consists of 60 properties. Recently two more estates were acquired which will be renovated for housing purposes. Furthermore, our team is working on a new building project in the city centre of Tiel to realize several apartments for residential use.
As an addition to our current team, we are looking for a Painter. In this job you are responsible for the maintenance and renovation of our real estate portfolio, together with four colleagues.
Your main responsibilities as a painter are:
- Sanding, filling and tape masking.
- Wood repair.
- Interior and exterior painting work.
- Assisting with carpentry work.
Job requirements
- A Painters certificate, or practical work experience with similar work.
- Effective English reading and communication skills
- You are a EU citizen and permitted to work in the Netherlands, or already in possession of a work permit which enables you to work in the Netherland.
Nice to have
- A valid driving license.
- A SCC basic certificate.
- Knowledge of the Dutch, German or French language.
