Mid Week Waiting Staff

Knightsbrook Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort is an Irish owned company and is part of the Cusack Group, with sister properties in Meath including Castle Arch Hotel, Ardboyne Hotel and Newgrange Hotel. Our hotel is located in Trim, 30 mins from Dublin Airport and 15 minutes from Newgrange.

Our 131 room hotel and 28 self-catering holiday homes includes, fine dining restaurant, lounge, Swifts Bar, The River Spa, Health centre and pool and our award winning 18 hole resort golf course designed by Christy O’Connor junior.

Our Rococo restaurant & Terrace lounge are currently seeking to recruit experience, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Waiting staff, availability mid- week to join their professional and highly skilled breakfast & dinner teams.

The Role:

We are looking for full-time & part-time staff. All positions will require the individual to be flexible in their roster availability and must be available to work mid week, mornings and or evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Work in a busy breakfast/dinner environment on a day to day basis.
• General food service duties.
• General bar and lounge duties
• Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience desirable however training will be provided
• MUST BE AVAILABLE MID WEEK
• Fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
• Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
• Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help out where required in all areas of the hotel.
• Excellent people & communications skills.
• Must be available for early starts and late finishes.

Must hold valid work permit for Ireland
