Job offer description
- Directly lead and coordinate the local software department at the Roding site
- Control the economic and on-time development of complex and high-quality software
- Support customer projects from acquisition to delivery
- Close cooperation with other specialist departments together
- Develop and design new software functionalities in coordination with the customers
- Being available to our employees as an expert advisor
Job requirements
- Successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field of study
- Good knowledge in high level language programming (e.g. C++ / C#)
- Creativity and inventiveness in developing new solutions
- High social competence, communication skills and persuasiveness
- Experience in leading of cross-functional and international teams
- High demands on the quality of the work as well as the solutions created
- Several years of practical experience in software development would be an advantage
- Good written and spoken English skills
