KITCHEN ASSISTENT
You will be working with a dynamic kitchen staff in modern kitchens equipped with the latest technology. Our a-là carte restaurant offers seats to more than 250 people, while our live-cooking restaurant typically hosts more than 200 people. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a kitchen assistant at Van der Valkmore than you can imagine is achievable . Take your chance to discover all there is to know about our hotel. Get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. Additionally, you are a skilled communicator who understands hospitality better than anyone else. And:
- You think creatively about new dishes;
- You prepare dishes according to recipes or at the instructions of the Chef and/or sous-chef;
- Of course we work according to the HACCP and Health & Safety legislation;
- You are responsible for cleaning the work space;
- You will be cooking live at our buffets;
- Assist in the kitchen where needed.
